No Refund After Service Delivery
Due to the nature of astrology consultations and digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation has been completed or delivered.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate payment

Technical error resulting in failure to deliver the service

Cancellation before the consultation has started
In such cases, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
